This morning I watched a man rub butter from his breakfast plate onto his cuticles.
He did not look Serbian. His face and features were dark, but I could not tell what place he represents. He is one of many nationalities represented in the hotel.
I do not say that butter treatments are common in his culture, but I cannot rule it out.
