The Road Between

Hugging the coast road between Rovinj and Pula. Our first stop was Cistern Beach.

The water cistern; Kathleen is standing where the filter would have been. Anyone with a quarry pond can tell you that if you let your dog paddle around in the pond, the scum is kept in check. Right, mom?
